• IST — Sun, 27 Sep, 13:30 – 14:30

• PDT — Sun, 27 Sep, 01:00 – 02:00

What to expect

100ms will be performing a planned upgrade to their platform. During the window, speakers and moderators will not be able to join Backstage rooms or go live, and any session streamed through Backstage will be interrupted. Recordings of Backstage sessions during this period may be unavailable or incomplete. All other Swapcard functionality — including sessions streamed via an external provider (e.g. YouTube or Vimeo embed) and on-demand session videos — should remain unaffected.

What you need to do

Please avoid scheduling live Backstage sessions during this window. If you have a session that cannot be moved, contact our support team beforehand so we can help you prepare an alternative (pre-recorded video or an external stream).
We expect Backstage to be fully available again shortly after the window closes and will update this page once 100ms confirms the maintenance is complete. If you notice any issues after that point, please contact us.
